Account Managers
You understand creative work well enough to talk about it honestly with the people making it and the people paying for it. You hold a room without dominating it. Timelines, budgets, expectations, you keep all of it moving without making that the most visible thing you do. You have worked in a studio or agency environment long enough to know how projects actually run, and you have the instincts that come from being in the middle of a few difficult ones.
You write clearly and speak plainly. You know when a client needs reassurance and when they need a straight answer, and you can tell the difference quickly. You are organised without being rigid, and you bring a calm that other people in the room tend to notice. The studios we work with have high standards and relaxed egos, you will fit in if you do too. What you manage is detail. What you protect is the work.
